It is a bitter-sweet time for YYFAP. Every organization, just like a family, goes through changes. Life is about change, learning and growing.  Long-time YYFAP Executive Director, Debbie Jackson has announced that she will be leaving us in the spring. She has been with the program since its inception and all her children have participated. With her youngest off to college in the fall it is a good time to spread her wings and soar into the next chapter of her life.

Debbie has played  a big part in the success of the program, and the Board – going strong with 3 new members – is supportive of her personal change. Debbie and the Board are working together to hire a new Executive Director and assure a smooth transition.

An event is being planned  to celebrate our 16th year of service to South Lincoln County. It will include an opportunity to wish Debbie luck in her new endeavors and a chance to welcome the new director. Stay tuned for details!
